Democrat Kim Shaw is running for Boone County Associate Circuit Judge, Division 5.
The primary election is August 3, 2010. Kim’s opponent in the primary election is incumbent Larry Bryson. There is currently no opponent in the November 2, 2010 general election.
Associate Circuit Court judges hear misdemeanor criminal cases through bench trial, felony criminal cases through preliminary hearing, dissolutions of marriage, child custody and support matters, probate matters, small claims, traffic violations, orders of protection, and other matters.
